We have a 66, 600sqm plant, a total investment of RMB 100 million, an equipment investment of RMB 40 million, and 500 employees, including 50 Senior Engineers.

With 8 high-level rough machining lines, 2 three-spraying three-baking coating lines, 2 general assembly lines, aluminum frame production lines, and 2 sets of sewage treatment units, we have an annual production capacity of 1 million+ sets of bicycle frames, 400 thousand complete bicycles, and 30 thousand electric scooters, with an annual yield of RMB 150 million.

√ 1 Year Warranty

All raw materials and accessories are subject to a complete quality control system before being used on the production lines; And all products will be put in electronic system aging test and riding test, with a pass rate of above 98%.

The battery enables 700+ charging cycles and has a 1-year warranty. All our products will be subject to the quality review of 15 links before delivery, and 100% QC for 3 times before packaging, with a first-pass rate of 99%.

With an R&D team of 30+ members, annual input of 30% income into new product development, reliable partners and complete industry chain, and 15 patents for utility models, we launch at least 3-4 new products every year and can design and manufacture customized products according to the buyer′s requirements.
